FOR RELEASE: January 15, 2000 Wilmington, DE - Applied Control Engineering, Inc. (ACE) has signed an agreement to provide engineering services related to Emerson Process Management’s DeltaV control system platform. Under the agreement, ACE will receive hardware and configuration software. In return, ACE has committed to maintain a staff of system engineers trained on the DeltaV product. According to Timothy L. Cole, PE, President, “This agreement rounds out the control system offering at ACE. We are committed to our system independence. We see more and more DeltaV systems specified, especially with our biotech and pharmaceutical customers. ACE needs to be able to work with the systems chosen by our customers – providing our high-level of service regardless of the platform selected.” ACE has formal integrator relationships with ABB (Bailey Controls), GE, Honeywell, Intellution, Moore Products, National Instruments, Siemens and Wonderware. Though not under formal agreement, ACE provides Allen-Bradley and Modicon project engineering and support for many customers. ACE provides process automation and IT solutions to its customers in the mid-Atlantic and New England states. In addition to corporate headquarters and engineering facilities in Newark, DE, has an engineering office in Danbury, CT and sales locations in PA and CT. Contact: |
