FOR RELEASE: January 15, 2008 Newark, DE – Applied Control Engineering, Inc. (ACE), a professional engineering service provider, announces that sales for 2007 surpassed $15 million. Applied Control Engineering, Inc. offers a wide variety of process control engineering, factory automation and information technology services to customers in the biotech/pharmaceutical, chemical, consumer products, electronics, food/beverage, industrial gasses, metals/mining, oil/gas/refining, and power/utilities industries. Since incorporation in 1991, sales have increased steadily. ACE has developed and maintained a mix of customers across several industry segments. This mix has helped the company continue growth during periods when certain industry segments have declined. No one customer accounts for more than 15% of revenue. ACE has also developed several supplier partnerships benefiting its customers, including ABB, Aspen Technologies, Emerson, GE, Invensys, OSI Software, Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric and Siemens. Supporting sales growth, ACE operates out of its corporate office in Newark, DE and has five regional engineering offices – Taunton (Boston), MA; Danbury, CT; Quakertown (Allentown), PA; Bridgeville (Pittsburgh), PA; and Houston, TX.
