Manufacturing Automation Our engineers are expert in implementation of discrete, regulatory, and batch process control systems. We develop our configuration code in a modular fashion, following an ISO-9000 based quality system. Each module is then fully tested for proper functionality. Once system configuration is complete, we use a software simulator to test the overall system. This disciplined approach to code development minimizes errors detected in site commissioning and startup, significantly decreasing overall project costs. Our experience is not only in DCS, PLC, and HMI configuration, but also in the integration of field devices like scanners, drives, and weigh scales. And, as an independent systems integrator, we have the expertise to interface systems from a variety of different control vendor platforms into a single, homogeneous plant-wide system. We don’t consider the project complete until your system is performing to specification and full as-built documentation has been delivered. |
