Version Control and Applicability
Proposals issued by Applied Control Engineering are subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which are referenced in the proposal. These Terms apply in their most recent version available on this webpage at the time the proposal is issued. By accepting a proposal, the customer agrees to the version of the Terms and Conditions effective on the proposal issue date.
