Version Control and Applicability
Proposals issued by Applied Control Engineering are subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which are referenced in the proposal. The most recent version of the Terms as of ACE’s proposal date apply. By accepting ACE’s proposal, the customer agrees to the version of the Terms effective on the proposal issue date.
