Andrew Edmondson

Andrew works out of ACE’s Houston, TX office and is a technical lead on DCS projects with an affinity for modernization efforts. Andrew is currently leading one of his customers through the process of replacing an aged DCS with a modern control system. Throughout this process Andrew has been able to educate his customer on the process and teach new engineers at ACE skills in the new DCS. In addition to his project work, mentoring new engineers is an area for which Andrew has a particular passion. Click here to read the spotlight article on Andrew on the Control Engineering website.

Chris Thompson

Chris is a cornerstone of ACE’s Delaware engineering staff. Chris has worked on projects spanning a variety of industries including specialty chemical processing, lab and pilot scale control systems, powerhouse and site utility, bulk material handling, and spent a decade developing and maintaining LabVIEW systems for a multi-disciplinary semiconductor research and development laboratory. He has a voracious appetite for learning technologies and routinely picks up a new control platform or two each year. More impressively, Chris is just as eager to pass along his knowledge to engineers who are just starting out. To learn more about Chris, please click here to visit the Control Engineering website.

Our congratulations go out to Andrew and Chris and all of those honored on this year’s list!
