DuPont and ACE Extend Professional Services Master Agreement
FOR RELEASE: December 16, 2011
Newark, DE - Applied Control Engineering, Inc. (ACE) is pleased to announce that DuPont and ACE have agreed to extend their agreement which names ACE a preferred engineering services provider. ACE was originally selected by DuPont as a global provider of process control engineering and systems integration services in 2006. DuPont and ACE have extended the agreement several times since, with this extension taking the agreement into 2016.
The Professional Services Master Agreement in place between ACE and DuPont recognizes the long term relationship between the companies. ACE aligns well with DuPont as both companies have corporate and engineering offices in northern Delaware. In addition, ACE has engineering offices in Pittsburgh and Houston – near many DuPont manufacturing facilities.
“We value our work and relationship with DuPont,” commented ACE’s President Tim Cole, “I belive the agreement has worked well for both companies – hence the several extensions, now approaching 10 years. We continue to work to earn trust and build the relationship, ultimately benefitting both DuPont and ACE.”
